If you don't remember your library card PIN or passcode, you can reset it online if you have an email address in your account.  Here's how!

Step 1

Go to search.stellanj.org.

Step 2

Click Log In at the top right of the screen.

Step 3

At the bottom of the window that appears, click the I forgot my passcode link.

Step 4

You will be sent to a new site and instructed to enter your library barcode or alternative username listed in your account.  Enter it and click Send Passcode Reset Link.

Step 5

You will see a confirmation screen that a password reset has been sent to the email address on file.

Step 6

Go to your email account and open the "Reset Password" email.  Click the link to reset credentials.

Step 7

In the new screen that opens, enter your new PIN / passcode, and then confirm it by typing the same PIN / passcode a second time.  Click the Save Passcode button.

Step 8

Now that your PIN / Passcode has been updated, continue to log in to your account.
