Manage your library account over the phone!

STELLA Voice is an automated telephone service that lets you check item status, get announcements, and manage your library account. Give us a call at (732) 225-0932!

Once connected, you'll be asked to enter your full library barcode and then confirm by pressing the # key. The main menu has four options:

1. Renew your items

2. Hear a list of checked out items

3. Hear a list of requested items ready for pickup

4. Hear a list of account charges

You can also update your account online to get a call with a recorded voice message when your items are available to be picked up at the library. We have instructions online, or you can contact your local library for assistance!
