
Update notifications preference
If you want to receive emails, phone calls, or SMS / texts from your library, here's how!

Instructions:
To change how you receive messages from your library, follow the steps below.
Step 1
Sign into your library account and access the Account Portal.
Step 2
Click the Account link in the left sidebar.
Step 3
Click the pencil icon next to your name to open the Edit Account Information sidebar.
Step 4
Enter and review email addresses and home / mobile phone numbers.
Step 5
If you add a new email address or phone number, click the Save button at the bottom of the sidebar. This information will need to sync with the library's servers, so please be patient. We recommend waiting at least 10 minutes before proceeding.
Step 6
Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar. In the Preferred Contact Method drop-down menu, choose which communication option you prefer. Click the Save button.
Step 7
When finished, sign out of your library account.
